Whether you own land yet or not, we arrange a meeting to discuss your ideas, suitable plans and what you have in mind.

2. Preliminary Agreement

We will provide you with a Preliminary Agreement which outlines the next steps in the process, i.e. soil tests, site survey and preliminary plans.

3. Draft Plans/Specifications

If you wish to go ahead, we will obtain all necessary reports and provide you with a preliminary set of plans and a detailed estimation.

4. Fixed Price Contract

Once estimation is approved we will provide you with a fixed price contract for you to obtain finance.

5. Selections

Now the fun really begins! We enter your job into our Building Software which you can access and work alongside our selection specialist to pick everything out for your new home!

6. Building Commences

We will keep you updated with the progress with regular communication and photos through our Building Software so you can watch and enjoy your build come to life.
