We found the process really enjoyable.. it was smooth the whole time, we didn’t get stressed at all. And everything turned out beautiful. We would certainly look at building again, it has been a thoroughly enjoyable process.

He was patient with us and managed all the trades well so that the house was constructed in a timely manner. He also has a keen eye for detail making one of the trades redo some of their work. Josh from JDR Homes was excellent to deal with from the first consultation, right through to handing over the keys to our new home. He was passionate about capturing our vision for our home and applied his building knowledge to help achieve our dream home. During the construction phase Josh and his team were friendly and prompt in keeping us up to date with progress and any decision making that needed to be done. All finishes and craftsmanship throughout our home were to a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier with the end result, if we ever build again Josh from JDR homes will be the first builder we call.
