About JDR Homes
JDR Homes are a family run business with Josh Rowe, the Managing Director and Jenna Rowe, the Office Manager based in Ulverstone, Tasmania. Since its creation, JDR has expanded, and is now a thriving work force with a showroom to complement their range of services.
Over 150 properties have been custom built by JDR Homes, the most notable one to date might be the architectural home tucked in amongst the gums at Turner’s Beach, which featured on Grand Designs. “We ended up winning a HIA Award for that custom build and we also won the same award with HIA the following year in the category Custom Build under 350k.” Josh, Managing Director.
North West Coast Locals
Josh started his building journey as an apprentice with a local residential builder and through his early days of building experience and training he aspired to go out on his own. He could see that there was a need for change in the industry and the time was ripe for him to take residential building to the next level in Tasmania. JDR Homes has strong local relationships attributed to the team’s communication skills and key to their success. “Quality is our priority,” and the word-of-mouth testimonials from clients speaks to JDR Homes strengths and values.
Locals on the North West Coast, will be familiar with many of JDR Homes striking builds from Shearwater to Wynyard. The coastal countryside and urban hubs are where both Josh and Jenna were raised, and they have a strong connection to their community and the beautiful natural landscape where they create homes for locals and newcomers. Their range of architectural and custom designed homes have been created to suit the local conditions and can be tailored to meet a range of client’s needs.
